We are a niche built environment consultancy and software provider. Our mission is to create a better society through a quality built environment supportive of sustained, inclusionary economic growth and social integration.

Our Vision

Our vision is to guide South Africa towards optimised, sustainable human settlements, able to deal with macro challenges such as economic growth, global competitiveness and climate change adaptation. We do so by:

• tackling complex built environment problems using an inter-disciplinary approach, and developing robust, practical methodologies and techniques, and solutions to these problems;
• developing knowledge products and software solutions to identify, analyse and solve built environment challenges; and by
• investing in the capability of current and future generations of practitioners to shape and better manage built spaces, asset portfolios and finances.
